Trial/Returns

**IMPORTANT**

Please read the terms below in its entirety. The placement of your order is viewed as your agreement to the Saddle Gallery terms and conditions regarding these Trial and Return Policies, as detailed below. 

 

TRIAL SADDLES

Saddle Gallery offers customers a seven (7) day return policy/ trial period, which begins the day you receive your saddle. 

For your convenience we can provide you with an insured (full purchase price of saddle) shipping label should you decide to return the saddle during the trial period.  If you choose to return the saddle without contacting Saddle Gallery, and the saddle is damaged or lost, you will NOT be refunded.

Full payment (purchase) of the saddle is required for all trials.

Notify Saddle Gallery in writing via email that you wish to return the saddle for a refund. Saddle Gallery will provide a prepaid insured FEDEX shipping label within 48 hours of receiving notification.

You must  ship the saddle back within 72 hours of receiving the shipping label.

If your saddle is shipped back to Saddle Gallery after this 72 hour period, you may not receive a refund.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, PayPal, Venmo are accepted.

You own the saddle from the time it arrives unless you notify us before the end of the trial period that you plan to return it. 

In the event that you are trying more than one saddle, the trial periods run based on the date you received the saddle.  If you have any questions during the trial period, please reach out to us.  And if you’re returning the saddle, please return it in the same condition you received it.

Refunds will be issued after the saddle has been inspected to ensure there is NO damage and it is in the same condition as received.

In the case of a return, a full refund minus any insured shipping labels issued will be deducted. This amount will be credited to your credit card account which you purchased with.
